CLOUD STORAGE (YooDoc)

To create a new folder, Follow these steps

1. In the top left menu you’ll see CREATE FOLDER

2. Add your folder name and click OK button

To open a folder, Click the folder name in the left menu or double click on the folder. It's also possible to open a folder by select it and in the right menu click on view

To select a folder, click on the folder name

1. Open first the folder you want to upload files.

2. Drag and drop file in the folder or

3. In the right menu, you’ll see UPLOAD FILES, in the field Number, enter the right number and click OK to open the Upload page.

4. In the Upload files page area, Click on Choose file and select the right file from your local disk.

Steps to Use YooDoc online storage to share photos or transfer files:

1. Click YooDoc in left bottom menu bar of your Yoopya Mailbox

2. Create a folder

3. In your new folder Upload image or file you wish to share

4. Select folder and click Sharing in the right menu

5. Active share Checkbox

6. Add Password if needed

7. Click Ok to create guest link

8. Send link and password to desired recipient

9. Recipient then clicks link to view or download file

When a folder is selected, actions applicable to it are listed in the right menu. You can:

1. View to open folder

2. Sharing folder to someone

3. Rename folder

4. Delete folder

5. Copy folder

6. Cut folder

1. Download

2. Rename

3. Delete
